DAY 1 – Friday, September 14, 2018

Homecoming Football Game & Post Game Mixer

Time: 7:00pm
Location: Pennington Field, 1501 Central Drive, Bedford Texas 76022 (north side of stadium, near Gate 1) & Bronco’s Sports Bar & Grill, 900 Airport Frwy Suite 166, Hurst, TX 76054
Activity Info: Kickoff @ 7:00pm / Mixer after the game (approx. 9pm)
Price/Ticket: Tickets for the game can be purchased at the gate but RSVP requested so we can let the stadium know how many people we will need seating for in our section. There will be Reunion Committee members outside Gate 1 to guide you to where we will be sitting.  No ticket purchase needed for mixer.  Just show up after the game.

DAY 2 – Saturday, September 15, 2018

Activity #1: Golf Tournament

Time: Tee Time @ 9:00am (subject to change)
Location: Bear Creek Golf Club, 3500 Bear Creek Ct., Dallas TX 75261 (Near South End of D/FW Airport)
Activity Info: Whether you play golf regularly or you haven’t played in years (or just excel at driving a cart), plan on joining us for the Class Golf Tournament.
Price/Ticket: ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSED FOR GOLF  If you are interested in playing golf on Saturday morning, please reach out directly to Ray Bunch at 817-751-1654.

Activity #2: 40th Class Reunion Dinner/Dance & Silent Auction

Time: 6:00pm – 11:00pm
Location: Texas Star Conference Center – Grand Suite, 1400 Texas Star Parkway Euless, Texas 76040
Activity Info: This is the main event of the weekend.  Dinner, dancing and networking with friends, old & new plus great entertainment.  We will also be having a Silent Auction at the dinner to help offset the costs of the evening.  If you are interested in donating something to the auction, please contact our Silent Auction Committee.

Farewell Breakfast

Time: 9:00am – 11:00am (NEW TIMES Due to Venue changing their times)
Location: Hilton DFW Lakes Hotel & Executive Conference Center, 1800 Highway 26E, Grapevine, TX 76051
Venue: The Vineyard Restaurant
Activity Info: Plan on joining us for a casual breakfast buffet to reminisce about the weekend and to say “so long for now” to your fellow classmates.
Price/Ticket: $16.95 ++ (RSVP Required.  Those planning to attend the breakfast will pay individually that morning)
